What is the best move for Black ?

Black to play

Once again, going through the main motifs/candidate moves + a bit of calculation are necessary here ( no opening book or ending manual is needed; Chess engines will find the right move instantly)...

1..Nxh3+! wins
2. Qxh3 (forced; if 2. Kf1? Qxg1+
3. Ke2 Rg2+ and white is lost; if
2. Ke2(e1) Qd2+ 3. Kf1 Rxg1#)
2..Qd2+
a) 3. Kf3 Qxd3+ 4. Kf2 (if 4. Ne3 Qxe3#) Qxc2+ and black wins
b) 3. Kf1 Be3! and there are three options for white, all of them leading to a lost game:
i) 4. Nxe3 dxe3! 5. Rg2 Rxg2 6. Qxg2 Qxd3+ 7. Kg1 Qxb1+ 8. Kh2 Kf7
ii) 4. Rg2 Qxd3+ 5. Ke1 Bd2+ 6. Kf2 Qxh3 7. Rxg8 Qd3 8. Rb2 Qc3 9. Ra2 Qxb3
iii) 4. Qxh7+ Kd6 5. Nxe3 Qxd3+! 6. Ke1 Qxe3+ 7. Kd1 Rxg1+ 8. Kc2 Qc3#

Absolutely !

1..Nh3+! 2 Qh3 Qd2+
3 Kf1 Be3!! 4 Ne3 de3!

which is your line b) and i) is the main variation.

White has more material but can't use to defend his king.

All the other lines you mentioned are correct: you have found the right idea every time !

This is extracted from a blitz game I played with Black.
